Double Wall Construction & Weatherized Cabinet

The Cabinet shall be constructed of heavy gage galvanized steel. Double wall access panels shall be provided for ease of service. Supply & return air openings shall have 1” duct flanges(s) for ducting the evaporator air. Evaporator section shall be insulated with 1.5”, 2 lb high density R-13 insulation and the condensate pan shall be stainless steel.

 

Cabinet exterior access panels shall be constructed of double wall construction. Each access panel shall be reinforced with additional

heavy gauge metal with insulation on both panels. Allowing a maximum vibration, noise and thermal insulation (attenuation) during

system operation

 

Maxi-Kool Roof Top Unit cabinet shall be weatherized for outdoor installation. The Hood and bird screen shall be installed on the condenser supply and discharge. The Unit shall be painted with standard enamel finish.

Compu-Aire Inc. advanced microprocessing control system provides access to our equipment through building management system (BMS) supporting industrial standard protocols including Modbus, BACnet, and LonWorks. This ensures easy access to the remote management of the unit via modem and internet.

Advanced Microprocessor

System 2500 Advanced microprocessor with graphical display featuring 7” touch screen display with a 32-bit microprocessor that provide  up to 800X420 pixels in size and up to 64 K colors, various animated icons, non-proportional fonts in unicode format and trend graphs. Touch screen functions makes it easier for the user to understand and set the control parameters on System 2500  series controller.

Stand Alone Networks

Local and remote monitoring can be achieved with our advanced microprocessor controller. Based systems are used to provide standalone supervision and control over a pLAN network giving the flexibility of a BMS system at the fraction of the cost.

 

The p-LAN communication option allows two or more systems to talk to each other, p-LAN can be programmed for system rotation and for system failure over redundancy. Smoke Detector
