The Compu-Aire Inc. Ayan Nano In Row Unit is the latest addition to the Ayan In Row line. This new unit is designed to create an efficient and modern cooling system, without sacrificing space and specifications. This unit has been designed to be green friendly, by using a high efficiency scroll compressor with EC fans, making it the latest innovation for the customer’s specific cooling needs.
This unit has been designed as supplemental, it provides cooling in a horizontal direction, creating a new way to position the unit. The individual unit can be positioned between the racks, creating a more even dissipation
of extreme heat from the servers.
By creating a unit with horizontal cooling, this prevents the mixing of hot
and cold air, creating a more efficient cooling unit.
This allows the unit to run to its best capabilities, allowing for improved air conduction, since the cold air is transported through the side outlets, and throughout the entire facility.
Flexible Configurations.
Easy front, left or right side maintenance access
The Ayan Nano coil is provided with high efficiency fins and a larger coil face area. The coil has been designed to provide the maximum sensible heat ratio required by computer rooms and, at the same time, minimizing energy used in air circulation. The coil is split into two stages. The flow of refrigerant is controlled by an externally equalized valve.
The In Row Split System features a pre-charged evaporator coil and expansion valve in the computer room unit, with the scroll compressor, and the condensing equipment located in 4 different types of condensing units Air Cooled Condenser (ACC), Propeller fan type condensing unit (PFCU), Air Cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU), Centrifugal fan type condensing unit (CFCU) that can easily adapt to the customer needs.

Compu-Aire Inc. advanced microprocessing control system provides access to our equipment through building management system (BMS) supporting industrial standard protocols including Modbus, BACnet, and LonWorks. This ensures easy access to the remote management of the unit via modem and internet.
Advanced Microprocessor
The 2500 series a microprocessor-based electronic controller developed in compliance with the European RoHS standards. It provides a solution for many applications in the air-conditioning and refrigeration sectors ensuring absolute versatility, allowing specific products to be created to customer request. 2500 series runs the control program, and is fitted with the set of terminals required for connection to the devices (compressors, fans, etc.). The program and the parameters are saved to FLASH-MEMORY and E2promfor safe keeping even in the event of power failures (without requiring a backup battery). PCO3 also allows connection to the pLAN (pCO Local Area Network) and can be connected, as well as to other pCO3 controllers. All the controllers in the pLAN can exchange information (variables, digital or analogue, depending on the application software used) at high transmission speed.
Supports up to 32 units locally,
including pCO controllers and terminals.
Stand Alone Networks
Local and remote monitoring can be achieved with our advanced microprocessor controller. Based systems are used to provide standalone supervision and control over a pLAN network giving the flexibility of a BMS system at the fraction of the cost.
The p-LAN communication option allows two or more systems to talk to each other, p-LAN can be programmed for system rotation and for system failure over redundancy.
